Echo Boost Fly Rod Saltwater Series
$ 249.99
The Echo Boost is a fast action rod that encourages tight loops and a quick casting stroke. Rajeff Sports designed the Boost to be stiff and powerful for long casts and large fish. Extra power, in the case of the Boost, unfortunately means more overall rod weight. The rod is heavy. But if you’re targeting big fish, sometimes rod strength is worth a rod weight compromise. The series includes models for every fishing scenario from 2wt through 12wt. Are you looking for a boost on the water? The Boost series from Echo may just deliver.
Blank
Slim Profile High Modulus Graphite Design - The blank of the Boost rod series has a slim profile and sports a crisp fast action. Echo uses modern resin systems to create a rod blank that is strong and durable. While the Boost has a slimmed down blank design, the rod remains sensitive, powerful, and high performing.
Guides
Black Titanium Stripping Guides - The Boost features black titanium stripping guides that compliment the thread wraps and the color scheme of the rod. These guides are durable and corrosion-resistant to ensure the rod maintains its functionality after years on the water.
Black Titanium Snake Guides - The snake guides on the Boost are also black titanium; these guides are lightweight and industry-accepted.
Reel Seat
Carbon Fiber Reel Seat - The reel seat on the Boost is made with a durable carbon fiber insert. The insert matches the matte grey blank color and stands up to weather, dirt, and salt. The carbon fiber insert is practical and an anodized uplocking component locks any reel in place.
Rod Tube
Black Cordura Rod Tube - The Boost comes in a black Cordura rod tube with an Echo insignia. Cordura rod tubes protect rods during time off the water and are a solid mid-priced alternative to an aluminum rod tube.
Warranty
Echo Fly Rod Lifetime Warranty - Echo will repair or replace any defective or damaged rods for the entire lifetime of the original owner. All rods must be sent to Echo for repairs/service. Echo charges a $35 fee for fly rod repairs/replacements.
